TRILLIUM GRANDIFLORUM FORE PLENO (Double)

(Double Wake Robin). The fabulous and fabled double form of this well known  American wood lily with extremely beautiful showy snow-white flowers ratherlike perfect roses, two inches across, and plain green leaves. This is usually the last to flower and will abort its buds if the soil is too dry, as I know to my cost.  
These North American wood-land plants resent disturbance and will take at least a couple of seasons to re-estab-lish their root systems and begin flowering. They need a light, humus-rich soil that is not too dry, in part shade.
