GALANTHUS WORONOWII

(IKARIAE LATIFOLIUS). This is the wild snowdrop species from the caucasus. it is a  very effective variety, being dwarf-growing with recurved green leaves and  rather pointed flowers which are  held at an angle. they look as though they are sailing into the wind!  They seed well, Increasing freely in dry soil in semi-shade. Late flowering. Plant the bulbs in small groups 8cm deep in humus rich soil in light shade. Divide after flowering.
